Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your HallowHaus order.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Do not return products to the address shown on the shipping label unless instructed to do so.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Change-of-mind returns

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
